Instagram Worthy Pumpkin Pie Candy Cups for Fall
Call me bones if y'all must, but pumpkin pie is honestly one of my favorite fall / Thanksgiving desserts. My grandma used to make it every year and it was one of those things that I just ever looked forward to. Admittedly though, in combination with having a one year old and not having a ton of extra energy outside of my twenty-four hour period to mean solar day activities, I'thousand probably non going to be making whatever pies this year.
But I WILL be making these bootleg white chocolate pumpkin pie candy cups once again because they're insanely easy, quick, and taste a whole lot the pumpkin pie my grandma used to brand…only with the added bonus of white chocolate. Who wants the recipe?!
White Chocolate Pumpkin Pie Processed Cups Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup graham crackers (nigh 6 crackers) finely grounded
- 1/3 cup of pumpkin puree
- 2 oz softened foam cheese
- i/4 cup powdered saccharide
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
- 22 oz white chocolate chips
Identify mini processed cup paper liners in a 24 count mini-muffin tin.
Mix together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice and grounded graham crackers. Identify mixture in fridge for 30 minutes to chill.
Once mixture is chilled and set, roll 1 teaspoon of the mixture into balls (there should be 24) and place on parchment newspaper. If you observe the mixture to be also sticky, you can add more than grounded graham crackers.
Melt the white chocolate (using a double broiler or microwave, stirring along the way). Spread 1 teaspoon into the bottom of each lined muffin loving cup. Tap the pan gently on the surface so that it is evenly spread. Place in freezer for a few minutes to allow chocolate to harden.
In one case bottoms are set, identify on pumpkin cream cheese ball into each cup and flattened with your fingers. Cover pumpkin balls with melted chocolate until you accept a smooth and fifty-fifty acme. Once again, tap the pan gently on the surface and so that it is evenly spread over the pumpkin. Ready in the freezer for five minutes to harden the chocolate.
